About enJOY yoga

enJOY yoga was created with one simple intention: to offer soothing, mindful movement that meets people where they are - physically, mentally, and spiritually.

I specialize in working with busy professionals, athletes, and seniors because I have seen how yoga can offer exactly what those groups often need: stress relief, mobility support, recovery, and stillness. My classes are designed with those real-life needs in mind - but all are welcome! enJOY yoga offers classes that are accessible, calming, and tailored with care.

Sessions are held in community spaces, wellness settings, and on-site at retreats and events. My classes are rooted in the belief that yoga doesn’t have to happen in a studio to be effective or meaningful.

At enJOY yoga, there’s no pressure to perform, push, or prove. This is yoga for people who want to feel better in their bodies and more grounded in their lives.

About Me

Hi, I’m Joy Rogers - founder of enJOY yoga. I teach soothing, accessible yoga for professionals, seniors, and athletes - with a focus on calm, clarity, and connection.

By day, I work in clinical research, where precision and care matter deeply. That work shapes how I show up as a teacher: attentive, grounded, and intentional. I know what it’s like to move through fast-paced environments - and I believe yoga should offer a true reset, not just be another task to perform.

My teaching is informed by the following: I became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) in 2021, earned my certification in Yin Yoga in 2022, and am currently completing my 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training.

You can find me leading classes in studios, churches, assisted living centers, and community spaces in Indianapolis and its surrounding areas. Whether you’re brand new or returning to your mat, there’s space for you here.

Wherever we practice, I aim to make the space feel calm, welcoming, and real. This is the kind of yoga I need - and I’m honored to share it with you!
