Q: How do I book a class or session?

A: To inquire about availability, please complete the intake form (located in the “Start the Conversation” tab) on this website. I will review your information and follow up directly to confirm scheduling, pricing, and any additional details.

Q: Why don’t you offer online booking?

A: Each class or session is tailored to the individual or group. I prefer direct communication to ensure alignment, clarify expectations, and provide the best possible experience. The intake form helps me understand your needs before confirming a session.

Q: Do you teach beginners?

A: Yes, all levels are welcome. Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, my classes accommodate a variety of experience levels and abilities.

Q: What should I bring to class?

A: Please bring a yoga mat, water, and any personal props you like to use, such as blocks or straps. Depending on the location and type of class, I may also provide additional props.

Q: Do you teach in private homes?

A: No, I do not offer sessions in private residences. Classes are held in community spaces, wellness centers, churches, assisted living facilities, and other group-appropriate venues.

Q: Do you teach large group classes for 20+ people?

A: No. To maintain the integrity of each session, I work with groups of up to 15 people. I do not offer large-scale or auditorium-style yoga classes.

Q: How much do your classes cost?

A: Small Group Session (2 participants): $120

Small Group Session (3-6 participants) : $145

Senior Center Sessions: Please reach out for custom rates based on group size and session frequency.

Custom Group or Special Event Sessions: Starting at $175/session. Custom quotes available.

*Note: Small Group and Senior Center Sessions are 60 minutes.

A: I choose to grow enJOY yoga through word-of-mouth, personal connections, and my website. This approach allows me to remain focused on teaching and providing quality experiences.
