Start by filling out the brief intake form, located under the “Start the Conversation” tab on this website. This helps me understand your needs, experience level, and what you're looking to get from yoga.
Personal Connection & Scheduling
Once I review your intake form, I’ll contact you directly to discuss your goals, answer any questions, and find the best class or session time that fits your schedule.
Tailored Yoga Experience
Whether you choose a private session or custom group offering, your practice will be designed to meet you where you are - with care, clarity, and intention.
What to Bring
Bring your yoga mat, water, and any props you like. If you don’t have props, I often provide extras depending on the class and location.
Showing Up & Enjoying the Practice
Allow yourself a few minutes before the session begins to settle in. Wear comfortable clothing and come with an open mind and heart. Your experience is about presence, not perfection.
Follow-Up & Ongoing Support
After your session, I’m here to answer questions or help plan your next steps. Feel free to reach out anytime - your yoga journey is personal, and I’m honored to be part of it.
Payment, Cancellation, and Policies
Payment
Payment is due upon scheduling your session or class. I accept payment via Square. Specific instructions will be provided when we confirm your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens — I understand. If you need to cancel your session, simply let me know at least 12 hours in advance, and you’ll receive a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will not be refunded. This policy is in place to respect both your time and mine, as well as to honor the preparation that goes into each session.

Class Policies
Please be ready to begin at the scheduled time to make the most of our session.
While the community space or organization may have its own guidelines, I ask all participants to maintain a calm, respectful environment during class.
If you have health concerns or are new to yoga, please share this during intake so I can tailor the practice to your needs.
